Liminal stages are the in-between times in our life.

I'm a clinical social worker who provides online therapy for folks living in NYC, Connecticut, and Florida. My clients are in transitional phases. You may be seeking new ways of responding to stress, or want help with your mood. Maybe your partner is saying it's time to talk to someone together. If you're going through a challenging time, let's connect.
Liminal stages are often filled with anxiety, confusion, and self-doubt. My clients lead the way and I am here to listen, witness, and support both your struggle and your growth. I offer a warm, accepting, and collaborative space for clients to process challenging or upsetting events, and find ways to go forward. I come from a psychodynamic lens with an emphasis on neurobiology and embodiment. We'll get curious about your thoughts and moods and how your body responds to stress. I work with couples to build communication and connection strategies.
Your time is valuable. During our intro call we can discuss what you want to get out of therapy, and how we can get there.Â
